Angels Acres Farm Animal Sanctuary is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN 88-3290407) located at 5144 E. State Road 144, Mooresville, IN 46158. You can reach us at info@angelsacres.org or 463-269-1417.

You may browse our website at any age. To make a donation or purchase, sign up for communications, apply to volunteer, or create an account, you must be at least 18 years old (or have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian). By transacting with us, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method you select.

Angels Acres is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, and donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. We will provide a receipt or written acknowledgment for your gift as required.

• Recurring donations. If you choose a monthly or other recurring gift, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
• Canceling or changing a recurring gift. You can pause, update, or cancel a recurring gift at any time through your supporter account or by contacting us at info@angelsacres.org.
• Refunds. Donations are generally non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error or in an incorrect amount, contact us promptly and we will work with you in good faith to resolve it.

Sponsoring an animal is a charitable contribution that supports that animal’s care and the sanctuary as a whole. A sponsorship is symbolic: it does not give you ownership, possession, legal custody, or any right to take or direct the care of the animal, and it does not guarantee any particular outcome. Sponsorships may be recurring and can be canceled at any time as described above. We will always act in the best interest of our animals; if a sponsored animal passes away or can no longer be sponsored, we may contact you about supporting another animal.

Products in our online store are produced and shipped by a third-party print-on-demand provider. Prices, availability, and shipping estimates may change. We currently ship within the United States only. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the product total, applicable shipping, and any amount you choose to add. Please review our store Return Policy before purchasing; except as required by law or stated in that policy, sales are final.

Some Services let you create a supporter, sponsor, or volunteer account. Sign-in is passwordless — we send a secure link or code to your email or phone. You are responsible for keeping access to your email and phone secure and for activity that occurs through your account. Please provide accurate, current information and notify us of any unauthorized use.

By providing your contact information, you agree that we may contact you about your transactions and requests. Transactional messages (such as donation receipts, tax acknowledgments, and order confirmations) may be sent even if you have opted out of marketing. You may opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link, and out of text messages by replying STOP. See our Privacy Policy for details.

When using the Services, you agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or their security
• Scrape, harvest, or collect information about other users
• Upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or infringing or unlawful content

If you submit content to us (for example, through a contact form, a volunteer application, a review, or a photo upload), you are responsible for that content and represent that you have the right to share it. You grant Angels Acres a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the sanctuary. We may remove content at our discretion.

The Services and their content — including text, graphics, logos, photographs of our animals, and design — are owned by or licensed to Angels Acres and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. You may share our content for personal, non-commercial purposes with appropriate credit.

If you visit Angels Acres in person, you agree to follow our posted rules and staff instructions. Farm and animal environments carry inherent risks; you assume responsibility for your own safety and that of any minors in your care. Photo and media taken on site are subject to our Photo & Media Release.

We rely on third-party providers for payments, events, fulfillment, and other functions, and our website may link to third-party sites. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Angels Acres and its directors, officers, volunteers, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim arose.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Angels Acres and its directors, officers, volunteers, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute relating to the Services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Indiana, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
