Return & Refund Policy
All sales are final
Every item in our shop is custom printed on demand just for you, and 100% of proceeds go directly to the care of our animals. Because each order is made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons like a change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or no longer wanting the item. Please review the product details and sizing carefully before checking out.
If something arrived wrong, we’ll make it right
If your item is damaged, defective, or misprinted— a cracked mug, a flawed or incorrect print, the wrong item, and the like — that’s a production error, and we’ll gladly arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
To report a problem, email orders@angelsacres.org within 30 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number (it starts with
AA-and is on your confirmation email) - A short description of the issue
- One or two clear photos of the item and any damage or misprint
We’ll review it promptly and take care of you. (Quality issues are covered by our print partner, so photos help us get a replacement made fast.)
Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping costs are non-refundable except in the case of a defective or incorrect item.
